This demo just shows what the large simulation of the first part of the alpha pathway, down through the scaffolding complex, looks like when converted to SBML.
Both the state dump and the SBML document are formatted in indented style to be easier to read; they should just show up as text documents in your web browser.
If your web browser fails to load the pages pointed to by the links below as ordinary text files, you may have to look at the files with xmloperator or a text editor.
Both the SBML file and the moleculizer-state file are quite large and this may also be an obstacle to some web browsers.
